When applying for home repair or other aid, we collect information needed to evaluate eligibility—e.g., name, contact details, county of residence, address, household income, references, and statements about your situation; we may conduct reference checks and, when appropriate, a background check.

  • Donations & memberships. If you donate or become a member online, payment details are handled by our third-party processor (we do not store full card data).
